Poster Display

All accepted abstracts will be presented as traditional printed posters and displayed on poster boards located in the Auditorium Hall.

Posters will be mounted on Thursday, 15 October and removed on Saturday, 17 October.

Poster Submission and Printing

To facilitate participation and avoid the inconvenience of transporting posters, the Organising Committee is pleased to arrange the printing free of charge of all posters on behalf of the authors.

Posters will be printed in A0 format (119 cm high × 84 cm wide), portrait orientation, and on paper.

In order for us to print your poster, please upload the final PDF version no later than 15 September 2026 using this Submission Portal.

Before uploading your poster, please read the instructions below carefully.

Design Recommendations

Download and use the official template, which contains the required dimensions and format.

Each poster must include the poster number, title, authors, affiliations, and contact details, while the content should be structured into the following sections: Background, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

The design shown in the template is only an example. Authors are free to design their poster as they consider appropriate. We recommend using a clear and professional layout with readable text throughout the poster. A white or light-coloured background with high-contrast text colours is recommended to ensure readability. All figures and images should be embedded directly into the poster, and the use of external links should be avoided. Please note that animations and visual effects are not permitted.

Poster Viewing and Presentations

During the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 15 October (18:40-19:40), attendees will be encouraged to visit the poster area. This will provide an excellent opportunity for authors to discuss their work with other meeting participants.

The official Poster Presentation Session will take place on Friday, 16 October (18:00-19:00). During this session, the designated moderators (Paula Cramer, Michael Doubek, Alessandra Ferrajoli and Andrea Visentin) will visit the posters and invite authors to briefly present their work and answer questions. We therefore encourage authors to remain near their posters throughout the session.

Presenting Author Registration

We kindly remind that, the presenting author must be registered for the meeting by 15 September 2026.
